As a broker or principal broker, what should I do when an appraiser asks about concessions or allowances made by a seller on a real estate transaction?

Answer / Solution

The Attorney General's office addressed this issue in a 2007 opinion written for the Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board, which was reported on page 7 of the December 2007 issue of the Oregon Real Estate News-Journal.
